Shipping
We ship Domestically, to the EU and now to the USA via Royal Mail. Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. We try and keep our shipping rates as fair as possible and we offer free shipping on UK orders over £100!
We send out packages Tuesday - Saturday. We strive to send parcels the same day if order is placed before 4pm.
We send orders using Royal mail Tracked 48. Packages do not require a signature with this service and you will be emailed the tracking number if you provide your email address. Domestic orders should take 2 - 3 working days to arrive.
We use eco-friendly plastic free packaging that is water repellent to ensure your yarn arrives with you safe. The packaging is also 100% recyclable, biodegradable, sustainable and carbon neutral!
