The Baa Ram Ewe Eden 4ply is made with 30% naturally grown alpaca fibres and 70% certified organic British wool, with the alpaca fibres creating a slight halo that is perfect for the colour palette of soft shades inspired by misty mountains. This yarn is also available as Baa Ram Ewe Eden DK weight.
The organic British wool is GOTS certified, which means that it adheres to strict ethical standards and is graded by hand by the British Wool Board before being scoured, spun and dyed. 100% of Baa Ram Ewe Yarn comes from non-mulesed sheep.
The Baa Ram Ewe Eden 4ply is ideal for cardigans and sweaters, though the feel is a little more 'rustic' than the softer Baa Ram Ewe Woodnote Aran, so if you are very sensitive then knits made with this yarn would be best worn over a base layer.
