Cardiff Cashmere Curly is a 100% pure cashmere bouclé yarn that can add beautiful texture to your knitting while being incredibly soft and light. It works well with all knit stitches, especially with stitches that do not require high definition. Plain garter or stockinette works best. Cardiff Cashmere Curly knits up quickly on 6 - 7mm needles, perfect for winter accessories or gift knits.
Cardiff Cashmere Curly is the ultimate boucle yarn, no shedding, no irritation, luxurious in touch and incredibly warm. I really recommend it for accessories you will wear right next to the skin such as hat brims and mini scarfs. All shades are 100% natural and undyed.

About Cardiff Cashmere
The very best cashmere in the world comes from the highlands of Inner Mongolia in an impervious area of Central Asia where the temperature undergoes severe changes between the seasons and between day and night. To survive these conditions, Hircus goats develop very thick coats consisting of a rough outer coat and a fine and soft undercoat. This beautifully soft undercoat is what goes into Cardiff Cashmere yarn. The goats coats are combed at the beginning of the summer season and used in the textile industry. Cardiff Cashmere, through a responsible selection of suppliers, procures the best raw materials on the market.
To select the best lots, main features such as fineness (never more than 15.5 microns), length (never less than 38mm) are carefully evaluated. The mix of these characteristics allows Cardiff Cashmere to produce yarns which then have a softer handle, greater resistance to pilling and greater durability once worked.
