Perfect Sophie Scarfs | Knitting Course

Have you tried to knit the viral PetiteKnit Sophie Scarf but don't like your results? Maybe the pattern sounds like another language or maybe it's not looking like the photo and just seems ......... messy? 

If you want in person help and guidance (plus some extra tips!) to nail knitting the PERFECT Sophie Scarf in time for Christmas, this 2 part knitting course could be for you.

This course will run for two evenings (7pm - 9pm) on 7th & 21st October.

Session One: Cast on, working and tracking increases, i-cord edge, darning in ends and tinking.

Two week break to complete homework.

Session Two:  Working the decreases, joining a new ball of yarn, picking up a dropped i-cord, casting off and blocking.

You can choose to bring your own materials or you can buy any or all of your supplies from us with a 10% discount!

Please Note:  You must already know how to knit and purl to attend this class.

Materials Needed:

-The Sophie Scarf pattern by PetiteKnit

-1-2 balls of Cardiff Cashmere Classic (1 ball for small size, 2 balls for larger size)

-3.5mm knitting needles (straight or circlular)

-Locking stitch markers or bulb pins

Optional: Row counter, point protectors.
